You'll manage and enhance the Salesforce.com platform for a global tech leader. You'll handle complex projects, integrations, and provide technical support to internal teams. This hybrid role offers flexibility with 2 office days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle complex Salesforce projects and high-priority issues
• Provide technical troubleshooting for difficult requirements
• Assist with complex integrations and third-party applications
• Facilitate discussions on admin process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of operational support experience with Salesforce.com
• 5+ years of Salesforce.com CRM Application Administration
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce certification is a plus

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in user security, profiles, roles, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards, reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
