You'll join the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, trusted by over 18 million users. You'll lead paid ad campaigns to drive user acquisition and scale financial services adoption. Collaborate with creative teams and stay ahead of platform changes in performance marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and Apple Search Ads
• Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Analyze campaign data to identify insights and prepare performance reports

📋 Requirements

• 5 years hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or Data Studio
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU)
• Experience with analytics platforms like Firebase, Appsflyer, or Google Analytics

• Experience with attribution models
• Knowledge of audience targeting and keyword strategy
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
