You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize the go-to-market engine and drive revenue growth. This role owns forecasting, pipeline analysis, and system optimization across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Chorus. You'll translate data into actionable insights and support cross-functional deal acceleration.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve pipeline and forecasting accuracy
  • Own reporting on pipeline, ARR, win rates, and sales cycle performance
  • Optimize core GTM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chorus) for scalability
  • Support commission plans, quota setting, and attainment tracking

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy in SaaS/B2B
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, churn)
  • Experience with Salesforce optimization and reporting
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience with ZoomInfo and Chorus
