You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize the go-to-market engine and drive revenue growth. This role owns forecasting, pipeline analysis, and system optimization across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Chorus. You'll translate data into actionable insights and support cross-functional deal acceleration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve pipeline and forecasting accuracy
- Own reporting on pipeline, ARR, win rates, and sales cycle performance
- Optimize core GTM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chorus) for scalability
- Support commission plans, quota setting, and attainment tracking
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy in SaaS/B2B
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, churn)
- Experience with Salesforce optimization and reporting
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience with ZoomInfo and Chorus
