🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop copy across CRM channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Translate data insights into compelling messaging with designers and analysts.
• Create CRM promotional content, loyalty messaging, and gamification concepts.
• Write sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and battlecards.
• Develop scripts for video content and platform walkthroughs.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional copywriting in digital marketing or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating CRM copy and campaign storytelling.
• Proven experience writing sales enablement content and video scripts.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging messaging.
