Description

As Director of Clinical Development, you will co-lead clinical studies with a medical director to design, implement, and analyze trials for innovative dermatology and respiratory therapies. You'll contribute scientific expertise and strategic insights to ensure successful program progression.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life science (PhD, PharmD, or DVM)
• 5+ years in research, with 2+ years in clinical development in biotech/pharma; immunology focus preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent planning and communication skills
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical guidelines

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical documents (protocol, ICF, CSR, publications) with scientific rigor
• Contribute to study design, execution, and monitoring for quality and safety
• Analyze clinical trial data and interpret results to guide decision-making
• Collaborate with data management and biostatistics to ensure accurate data capture
• Foster relationships with clinical investigators and stay current with scientific literature
