Description

You will design and implement automation workflows across internal systems (Okta, Jira, Slack, etc.) using Python, Node.js, and iPaaS tools like N8N, reducing manual work and enabling seamless integrations. You'll build Slack bots, leverage GCP for backend logic, and incorporate AI capabilities with LLMs to enhance workflow intelligence.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT automation, system integration, or infrastructure engineering
• Direct experience with iPaaS platforms (Okta Workflow, N8N, Workato, etc.)
• Proficient in Python and Node.js for automation and scripting
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, OAuth2, JSON/XML
• Experience with system integration concepts and security best practices

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows across platforms like Okta, Jamf, Jira, Slack, HiBob, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
• Build and manage system integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OpenAPI specifications
• Develop automation scripts in Python and Node.js, and use N8N iPaaS for low-code connectors and event-driven workflows
• Develop Slack bots using Slack APIs for automated actions and notifications
• Implement cloud-based automation with GCP services (Cloud Functions) and incorporate AI/LLM capabilities (OpenAI) into workflows
