Description

You will own the global design, governance, and execution of compensation, equity, commissions, and benefits programs, partnering with Finance and Legal to ensure all people spend is competitive and aligned with business strategy. Your work directly impacts our ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Technical authority in compensation, equity, commissions, and benefits design
  • Experience with job leveling, salary bands, and incentive plans
  • Knowledge of SEC, audit, and regulatory compliance for rewards programs
  • Ability to partner with Finance and Legal on accounting and compliance
  • Experience in executive and board compensation design

Responsibilities

  • Own global compensation structures, including job leveling, salary bands, incentives, and sales commission plans
  • Govern promotion, adjustment, and offer frameworks
  • Model workforce cost, incentive effectiveness, and retention risk
  • Design and manage equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, options, director equity)
  • Oversee global benefits strategy, cost modeling, and vendor strategy
