You'll own and scale the systems and processes that power post-sale onboarding and implementation operations, ensuring fast, seamless client launches. You'll design AI-enabled operational tools and translate complex challenges into scalable solutions that drive time-to-value and reduce friction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Build scalable SOPs, playbooks, and enablement systems
• Define and track core operational metrics and dashboards
• Lead development of AI-enabled operational tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations with 3+ years in post-sale operations
• Strong expertise in Salesforce including reporting and dashboards
• Proven experience building and scaling operational systems
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in operational workflows

• Admin-level Salesforce experience
• Experience in customer success or onboarding
