Description

You will own and manage relationships with institutional and operational partners, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and strategic alignment. You'll lead procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract management, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and other teams to drive cost optimization and governance.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years experience in partnerships, vendor management, procurement, or operations
• Advanced conversational English and Spanish; Russian is a plus
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Experience in complex or regulated environments
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven

Responsibilities

• Identify partner dependencies, risks, and inefficiencies, propose mitigation plans
• Lead procurement processes for non-commercial areas: vendor selection, negotiation, renewals
