Description

You will act as the bridge between hotel accounting teams and the Mews platform, guiding clients through financial workflow optimization, providing expert support on accounting issues like reconciliations and VAT compliance, and delivering training to help clients master our tools.

Requirements

• Experience in hotel accounting or finance operations (e.g. night audit)
• Solid understanding of German accounting standards and VAT frameworks
• Experience with PMS (e.g. Opera, Cloudbeds, Guestline) and accounting tools (e.g. DATEV, Xero, SAP)
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical people
• Fluency in German

Responsibilities

• Act as bridge between hotel accounting teams and Mews platform
• Guide clients through financial workflow optimization and system setup
• Provide expert support for end-of-month/year reports, ledger reconciliations, VAT/tax compliance (Germany), billing corrections
• Deliver best-in-class training to help clients master our tools
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive product improvements
