Description

You will lead SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash and Transportation Management domains, owning project delivery, system integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Your role bridges business, IT, and system integrator teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC/TM within S/4HANA environments
• Big 4 consulting or enterprise implementation background preferred
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 OTC and TM including Sales Distribution, freight management, and integration
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive risk identification

Responsibilities

• Lead all OTC and TM initiatives, accountable for requirements, project execution, testing, and delivery
• Manage end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT), defining scope and ensuring test coverage
• Establish and enforce quality gates for functional specs, configuration, and custom code before migration
• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing scope, resources, and timelines
• Serve as key liaison between SI partners, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams
