• Prepare and deliver monthly service delivery reports
• Coordinate internet link and telephony provisioning activities
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of service cases

📋 Requirements

• Experience in IT service delivery or operational coordination
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices
• Ability to manage reporting processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
