You'll drive go-to-market strategy for the Americas region of a global adtech company. Your work will directly accelerate revenue growth by localizing global strategy and enabling sales teams. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, product, and sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Adapt and execute regional GTM strategy for Americas
  • Support revenue growth through strategic pitches and pipeline development
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement initiatives and training
  • Gather market insights and voice of customer to inform product roadmap

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic, or Retail Media
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset contributing to go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and operations
  • Strategic and practical thinking to translate ideas into actionable plans

  • Experience with CTV, Retail Media, or audience-based solutions
