Description

As a Solution Engineer at AppViewX, you'll act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, delivering product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical deep-dives to prospective customers across diverse EMEA markets. You'll work closely with sales to architect custom solutions, respond to RFPs, and translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years in Solution Engineering, Solution Architect, or similar customer-facing role
• Proven experience supporting sales in EMEA international markets
• Deep understanding of Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Kubernetes, SQL, Python

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for the sales team, delivering product demonstrations and POC engagements
• Lead technical deep-dive meetings and workshops on complex architectures and integration strategies
• Understand customer requirements and architect suitable solutions
• Contribute to sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs ensuring technical accuracy
• Gather customer feedback and communicate to Product Management and Engineering
