Description

You will design, build, scale, and deploy an agentic chatbot platform focusing on conversational AI to solve business problems within a complex benefits ecosystem. Collaborate with product, tech leads, and architects to align on design strategy and delivery approach, while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related degree
• 8+ years enterprise development experience
• Extensive knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
• Experience with backend services, APIs, FastAPI, and LLM APIs (OpenAI)
• Experience with Linux, Eclipse IDE, Git, JIRA, Agile, XSL

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy production software for agentic chatbot platform
• Deliver clean, efficient code based on sprint commitments
• Participate in discussions, coding, testing, and provide feedback
• Work with Product, Tech Leads, Architects on design strategy and trade-offs
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
