You will lead the commercial relationship and strategic direction of a major retained studio engagement, owning the partnership health and shaping the commercial model. This high-stakes role at the frontier of AI-driven content production involves translating client ambitions into team priorities and managing P&L performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in client-facing leadership roles at agency, production company, or consultancy
• Experience with subscription, retainer, or output-based commercial models
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders in complex organizations
• Financial fluency in margin, cost-per-unit economics, and volume-based pricing
• Familiarity with content production at scale and AI's impact on creative production

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationship across multi-regional content production engagement
• Serve as primary point of contact for client leadership
• Shape and steward commercial model, defining value measurement and efficiency commitments
• Set strategic direction and translate client priorities into actionable mandates
