You'll assist licensed colorists and support guest experiences at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll learn color services while preparing for promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. This role offers base hourly pay, commissions, and tips.

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, styling, and blowout services.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with point of sale systems.
