💼 About This Role

You'll join MongoDB's Strategic Builder Relations team to drive enablement within strategic accounts. You'll help developers adopt MongoDB effectively by delivering design reviews and enablement sessions. This role offers the chance to shape the future of development on MongoDB.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver design review sessions to customer development teams
• Create and deliver developer enablement content and live sessions
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and Builder Relations teams
• Mentor team members and evolve enablement practices

📋 Requirements

• At least 7 years experience with document schema design and database methods
• At least 5 years consulting with development teams as a non-member
• Experience creating developer-focused content
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills

• Experience exercising soft leadership with decision makers
• Familiarity with other data technologies beyond MongoDB
