• Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI improvements
• Ship working prototypes in days, not quarters
• Define and hold yourself to success metrics tied to customer value

📋 Requirements

• Shipped AI-powered features to real users
• Thinks in tradeoffs, not best practices
• Can read code, query a database, and prompt an LLM
• Has strong bias for action and speed
