You will support and grow community-focused programs for Pokémon GO in Europe, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and coordinating online and offline events. Your role will help create engaging experiences that inspire millions of players to connect with their communities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in community management or event planning, preferably in gaming
• Proficiency with Discord, CRMs, and Google Sheets
• In-depth knowledge of Pokémon, Pokémon GO, and adjacent communities in Europe
• Experience coordinating virtual or in-person events
• Proficient in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the Community Ambassador Program in Europe
• Coordinate and run online and offline community events across Europe
• Oversee daily operations of community programs in the region
• Maintain documentation for community programs and communication strategies
• Source user-generated content from diverse European communities
