🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer critical systems like Google Workspace, JAMF, and Slack
• Implement automation and AI-generated workflows via Claude
• Provide helpdesk support and account recovery
• Collaborate with Security and People Ops teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 2 in a similar role
• Deep experience administering Google Workspace
• Strong experience with JAMF managing MacOS/iOS via MDM
• Ability to automate IT workflows using AI tooling (Claude or similar LLMs)

• JAMF Certifications
• Bash or Python knowledge
• Experience with BetterCloud, Zapier, or Zendesk
