๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit, develop and lead 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps
- Develop business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage sales ecosystem from leads to closing
- Collaborate with VP of Sales on GTM strategy
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams
- Track record of overachievement annually
- Experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise deals
- Experience using MEDDIC sales methodology
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
- Experience selling through security channel partners
- Experience with SAAS sales in cloud/logs/metrics/IT ops
