  • Recruit, develop and lead 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps
  • Develop business plan to overachieve sales goals
  • Manage sales ecosystem from leads to closing
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales on GTM strategy

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams
  • Track record of overachievement annually
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise deals
  • Experience using MEDDIC sales methodology

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
  • Experience selling through security channel partners
  • Experience with SAAS sales in cloud/logs/metrics/IT ops
