You'll set the technical direction for the Marketplace Platform, including Acute care and next-generation Credentialing. Your core impact is improving platform modularity and reducing tight coupling. You'll drive cross-team collaboration using clear documentation like RFCs/ADRs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction for the Marketplace Platform ensuring architectural consistency.
• Improve modularity by reducing tight coupling in current systems.
• Drive strategy and service design addressing pain points and reducing technical risk.
• Influence and align development teams through technical rationale and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background as an Architect or Principal Engineer with focus on system design.
• Deep experience in a major cloud environment (AWS or Azure) including IaC.
• Solid understanding of messaging patterns (e.g., Kafka) and document-based databases.
• Ability to decompose complex problems and secure buy-in from teams and stakeholders.
