💼 About This Role
You'll turn Bastion's brand identity into a distribution engine that drives pipeline and builds market credibility. As a team of one with contractor support, you'll own copy, landing pages, campaigns, and measurement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a flexible hybrid work environment in New York City.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own content marketing: publish thought leadership and case studies.
- Build sales enablement assets: battle cards, one-pagers, decks.
- Own the website as a living marketing asset.
- Run demand generation experiments: LinkedIn campaigns, email sequences.
📋 Requirements
- Experience translating brand identity into pipeline-driving marketing.
- Proven ability to operate as a solo marketer with contractor support.
- Experience creating collateral for B2B fintech or financial services buyers.
- Comfort working in fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
