You'll drive inventory management and store operations for a premium yoga lifestyle brand. Your core impact is maximizing profitability and efficiency while coaching the team. This role offers direct partnership with the Operations Visual Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Manage shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Champion visual standards and maintain stockroom standards
• Partner with Operations Visual Manager on budgets, expenses, and facilities

📋 Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift

• Experience with inventory accuracy investigations
