You'll provide best-in-class phone and web-based support for agents and IMO marketers on case design, product questions, and illustration software. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails for sales support
• Initiate proactive sales initiatives aligned with Life objectives
• Train agents on illustration software and website use
• Identify and communicate new sales opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales support
• Life insurance product sales support experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Technologically proficient with Salesforce CRM preferred
