🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full 360 recruitment for technical roles globally.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, and communities.
• Screen candidates for technical depth and culture fit.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and closing.

📋 Requirements

• 4–5 years of technical recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record hiring for Software Engineering, AI/ML, and Data Science roles.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Kaggle.
• Familiarity with technical assessment formats (take-home tasks, live coding, system design).
