💼 About This Role

In this role, you'll lead go-to-market efforts for a rapidly growing behavioral health startup, managing a team of Outreach Directors and Managers in a region. Your responsibilities include driving admissions goals, building relationships with referral sources, and developing market penetration strategies. You'll report on KPIs and collaborate with internal teams to expand access to life-saving mental health treatment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of Outreach Directors and Managers to meet or exceed regional performance goals
• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
• Measure and own KPIs, reporting upwards on a monthly basis

📋 Requirements

• Must be based in Akron, OH
• 6-10+ years of business development experience including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and video conferencing
• Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in B2B/outreach account development
• Ability to travel locally within ~1 hour driving distance with valid driver's license
