Your core impact is finding high-quality hires who aren't browsing job boards and shepherding them through a clean, respectful process.   • Source passive candidates with tailored outreach to convert them into applicants.
  • Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby ATS.
  • Run first-round screens using structured interview rubric.
  • Track weekly recruiting metrics and maintain a warm bench of candidates.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a track record sourcing passive candidates.
  • Ability to write outreach that gets replies (show real examples).
  • Familiar with at least one modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Organized with systems, not memory; honest about candidate quality.
