You'll own passive candidate sourcing for a fast-growing STEM education organization expanding nationally through franchising. Your core impact is finding high-quality hires who aren't browsing job boards and shepherding them through a clean, respectful process. This part-time, fully remote role offers a chance to shape hiring for an organization that values urgency, care, and a high bar.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source passive candidates with tailored outreach to convert them into applicants.
- Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby ATS.
- Run first-round screens using structured interview rubric.
- Track weekly recruiting metrics and maintain a warm bench of candidates.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a track record sourcing passive candidates.
- Ability to write outreach that gets replies (show real examples).
- Familiar with at least one modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Organized with systems, not memory; honest about candidate quality.

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in a startup or education setting.
