You'll own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across enterprise and government clients in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. You will drive sourcing, screening, and hiring outcomes while acting as a talent advisor and delivery owner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, submission, and offer closure
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and market mapping
• Conduct technical screening and assess role fit, availability, motivation, and compensation alignment
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand priorities and hiring expectations

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter in agency environments
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, RPS, and Boolean search
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies across multiple domains
• Experience managing multiple roles across different technologies and priorities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for enterprise or international markets
• Familiarity with niche IT domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, or ERP
