You will architect an AI-driven platform that empowers Go-to-Market and Service teams to focus on high-value human connection, leading the transition from legacy systems to a proactive, agentic exoskeleton. You'll build product mechanics for an AI-Human-AI loop and ship real-time tools that eliminate cognitive load across voice, chat, and email.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management experience with internal platforms, RevOps, or service technology at scale
• Proven track record as an AI builder strategist
• Ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on craft
• Experience with AI/ML and data science collaboration
• Leadership experience in AI-native environments

Responsibilities

• Architect the System of Intelligence by integrating 1P and 3P systems into a unified platform
• Design future-state agent experience with AI-Human-AI loop for high-value problem solving
• Engineer digital exoskeleton with real-time, context-aware tools for superhuman speed and accuracy
• Lead with technical craft, partnering with Data Science and Engineering on AI strategy
• Transform CRM into a proactive platform that anticipates needs and triggers automated workflows
