You'll join Obvio AI as our first BDR to identify, engage, and qualify public-sector buyers and strategic partners. You'll own pipeline generation through outbound and inbound channels, shaping early sales processes. This founding role offers direct exposure to leadership and the chance to build systems from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research and engage municipal and agency stakeholders via outbound channels
  • Own first-touch outreach and qualification conversations
  • Schedule and prepare high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Help define early BDR playbook and maintain data hygiene

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-moving environment
