You'll manage a geographical territory developing new business and nurturing existing accounts for pump, power, and HVAC equipment rentals. You'll execute the full sales strategy from market analysis through contract negotiation, driving revenue growth. This role offers a $40k base plus uncapped commission targeting $150k-$600k total compensation.

- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy

- Respond to inbound leads and maintain CRM pipeline
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers

- Proven outside sales track record
- Knowledge of pump, power, and HVAC equipment or rental/construction industry
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
