Description

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you'll create memorable customer experiences at our CDJR Showroom, educate customers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles, and handle customer questions and paperwork. This role combines product expertise with hands-on tasks to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)
• Satisfy state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration systems access
• Perform physically demanding tasks like detailing and moving vehicles
• Walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Create amazing and memorable customer experiences at the Carvana Showroom
• Educate customers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM vehicles as a product specialist
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in tracking system
• Address customer questions or minor technical issues related to their purchase
• Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
