You'll act as the RVP's right hand, translating strategy into action and driving execution across the region. You'll partner with Sales Managers and Marketing Advisors to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively. This role directly impacts agent growth and platform adoption through cross-functional initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years in real estate operations or sales leadership
• Proven ability to execute through others
• High ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving
• Execution-focused with bias toward action
