Description

You will provide process support and troubleshooting at client sites, collaborate with business units to develop and improve processes on ASM tool sets, and drive new product installations and process development to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering
• 0-3 years technical experience in semiconductor/capital equipment industry
• Experience with CVD, ALD, EPI, or PECVD is a plus
• Proven success in building collaborative partnerships
• Clear communication in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify customer needs and opportunities
• Develop and maintain technical information for stakeholders
• Drive new product penetration installation and process development
• Define project scope and resource planning with BU
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience
