💼 About This Role

You'll support Kogan.com's customer experience by liaising with suppliers and repair centers, managing spare parts inventory, and performing key administrative tasks. This part-time role (20 hrs/week, onsite Monday, Friday, and one day in the Western Suburbs) is a great stepping stone for students or recent graduates into Customer Care, Logistics, or Inventory Planning. You'll gain exposure to how an ASX-listed eCommerce leader operates.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Maintain spare parts inventory and highlight stock risks.
  • Liaise with suppliers and repair centers for repair support.
  • Perform data entry with high accuracy using Salesforce and Excel.
  • Collaborate with team and support delivery/courier tasks.

📋 Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Experience in administration and data entry.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday, Friday, and one additional day.
