You'll support daily IT operations and adminster Atlassian tools for a fast-growing fintech company. Your work will ensure systems stay operational across teams. This role offers broad technical ownership early in your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Jira Software projects across multiple teams
• Manage Confluence spaces, templates, and access controls
• Triage and resolve IT support requests within SLA targets
• Configure and maintain employee workstations and peripherals

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Hands-on Jira administration including workflows and user management
• Working knowledge of Confluence space administration
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloudflare DNS and Zero Trust configuration
• Certification in Jira Administration (ACP)
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash
