You'll lead customer escalations and support operations for Rogo's APAC clients, ensuring timely, high-quality service. You'll partner cross-functionally to refine processes and scale support alongside a fast-growing user base. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle advanced customer escalations and manage day-to-day support queues.
- Identify and implement process optimizations and automation.
- Partner cross-functionally to triage issues and advocate for client improvements.
- Analyze support metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in customer support within B2B SaaS or technology.
- 1+ years in a team lead or mentorship role in a fast-paced support team.
- Proven ability to drive team performance through coaching and clear communication.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data for operational decisions.
