You'll lead customer escalations and support operations for Rogo's APAC clients, ensuring timely, high-quality service. You'll partner cross-functionally to refine processes and scale support alongside a fast-growing user base.   • Handle advanced customer escalations and manage day-to-day support queues.
  • Identify and implement process optimizations and automation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to triage issues and advocate for client improvements.
  • Analyze support metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer support within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • 1+ years in a team lead or mentorship role in a fast-paced support team.
  • Proven ability to drive team performance through coaching and clear communication.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data for operational decisions.
