Description

You will lead the design and implementation of advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for customers, working directly with their engineering, product, and marketing teams. You'll serve as a domain authority, reduce implementation risk, and accelerate time to value while providing feedback to Contentful's Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation built, operated, and scaled in production
• Hands-on technical skills to implement personalization in composable architectures
• Experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, mParticle), CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics), and analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Snowplow)
• Knowledge of modern rendering strategies: SSR, CSR, SSG, ISG, edge and CDN-based personalization
• Ability to design integration patterns, API contracts, and ensure enterprise requirements for performance, security, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies and decisioning models
• Design scalable personalization strategies with guardrails against over-personalization and bias
• Architect and implement hands-on solutions using Contentful Personalization
• Lead technical discovery and enable customer teams through workshops and code reviews
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to create feedback loops
