💼 About This Role

You'll oversee and execute all operational aspects of Monster Jam events, from setup to move-out. You'll coordinate vehicle and performer activity, conduct vehicle inspections, and install safety systems. This role requires extensive travel and offers a unique opportunity to work in live motorsports entertainment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct inspections of competing vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle and performer activity on the floor.
• Install safety holds, banners, flooring, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, and utility cart.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of exposure and/or participation in Monster Jam events preferred
• Available to travel both domestic and international
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders

• Prior motorsports or entertainment experience
• Mechanical, carpentry, electrical, or welding experience
