💼 About This Role

You'll operate food processing equipment in our production facility, ensuring efficiency and quality standards. Your core impact will be minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance. This role stands out with hands-on automation work and food safety compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate machinery to grind, mix, cook, or pack food products.
• Perform pre/post inspection and calibration of packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and adjust processes based on production needs.

📋 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year experience operating machinery in food processing or manufacturing.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods with bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Willing to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C).
