You'll create buzz and engagement through product promotions and social media, while managing operations like payroll and scheduling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media.
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store.
