You'll provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for employees in macOS environments and assist with endpoint management and identity systems. Your work directly impacts secure mission operations for aerospace and defense customers. You'll join a small, impactful team in a cutting-edge industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for macOS, Linux, and Windows
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access issues
- Support onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and device setup
- Maintain endpoint management and identity/access systems
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years experience in enterprise or corporate IT environments
- Experience with desktop/end-user support in macOS and Windows
- Basic familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, DHCP
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with endpoint management platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, or Microsoft 365
- Active U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
