You'll provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for employees in macOS environments and assist with endpoint management and identity systems. Your work directly impacts secure mission operations for aerospace and defense customers. You'll join a small, impactful team in a cutting-edge industry.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for macOS, Linux, and Windows
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access issues
  • Support onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and device setup
  • Maintain endpoint management and identity/access systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years experience in enterprise or corporate IT environments
  • Experience with desktop/end-user support in macOS and Windows
  • Basic familiarity with Linux operating systems
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, DHCP

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with endpoint management platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, or Microsoft 365
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
