🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
• Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment

📋 Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification (Infant/Toddler preferred)
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• Strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

✨ Nice to Have

• EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree
• Experience as a paraprofessional transitioning to childcare
