You will be the primary technical support contact for Fortune 500 customers, troubleshooting network security issues and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex cases. Your work directly ensures customer success and product improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong TCP/IP knowledge
  • Experience with proxies, NG firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows administration
  • Expert in troubleshooting using tcpdump and protocols (TCP/IP, NTP, DNS, DHCP)

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for technical support and escalation cases
  • Communicate status updates to customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds
  • Collaborate with peers, customers, Sales, and CX teams
  • Write technical notes, app notes, case studies, and KB articles
