• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new business line
• Analyze market opportunities and build product-market fit
• Optimize supply and demand, manage P&L
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years driving and managing a business with P&L ownership
• 3+ years managing a business specifically with P&L ownership
• Experience building and launching a new business or product from scratch
• Experience in a professional services organization driving growth

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Management consulting at top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or investment banking
