💼 About This Role

You'll lead a 5-person sales team at Doctolib, acting as the key interface between sales and management. You'll coach your team, drive performance, and ensure successful new customer acquisition and teambuilding in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role offers the chance to shape processes and impact a growing digital health company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets with proactive steering.
  • Analyze sales KPIs and derive actions for performance improvement.
  • Build and optimize scalable sales processes in a fast-growing environment.
  • Active forecasting and pipeline management to ensure predictable results.

📋 Requirements

  • Very structured, independent working style with high self-responsibility.
  • Proven sales experience with strong focus on cold calling and new customer acquisition.
  • Leadership experience of at least 1-2 years, ideally in sales.
  • Fluent German language skills.
