Description

You will develop and scale the Lightning AI platform, taking ownership of key features from proof of concept to release. You'll write efficient Go code, improve system performance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with a smart team to transform the machine-learning ecosystem.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Go
• Broad knowledge of backend and frontend systems, APIs, CLI tools, billing, security
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ownership of features and end-to-end development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Write readable, testable, efficient code in Go
• Deliver new features and improve system stability and performance
• Set technical direction for large projects
• Champion software quality and reduce time to production
• Mentor engineers on system design and problem-solving
