Description
You will identify, develop, and close partnerships with corporations, workforce agencies, and foundations to fund Skills workforce programs, managing the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to closing agreements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partnership development, business development, sales, or fundraising
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and close partnership agreements
- Experience working with employers, workforce boards, corporations, or foundations
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close partnerships with corporations, employers, workforce agencies, foundations, and economic development organizations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners for corporate sponsorships, philanthropic funding, or workforce investments
- Lead full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing agreements
- Secure corporate sponsorships, philanthropic funding, and workforce program investments
- Translate employer and community needs into partnership opportunities that drive program funding
